Free shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $10.
Where we ship. We currently ship within Canada.
Delivery time. Orders ship from Canada by FedEx Ground and usually arrive in 2 to 7 business days (2 to 4 in Western Canada).
Tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Love it or your money back. Seriously. If a VNDL Project product isn't for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

No need to send back an opened tub. Email info@vndlproject.com with your order number and a quick note on why it wasn't a fit.
First tub of each product. The guarantee covers one opened tub of each product, per customer.
Stack & Save and bundle orders are covered. We'll refund one opened tub of each product. Any extra tubs can be returned unopened for a refund.
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email us first for the return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Refund amount and timing. Refunds are for the amount you paid for the product after any discounts, back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Final sale items are marked as final sale and can't be returned or refunded.
Purchases from vndlproject.com only. Products bought on Amazon or in a retail store are covered by that seller's return policy.
